Without any kind of support, either from IMCINE or the Jalisco Filming Commission, or anyone else, the independent film Virgen de San Juan de Los Lagos 400 Years of Miracles was released on NETFLIX one week ago, on Tuesday, February 2nd.
This great achievement was possible thanks to a group of film entrepreneurs from over there in the Altos de Jalisco region; Francisco Javier Pérez (Chisco), Noé González and Uriel Villalobos who produce, direct and set music respectively.
Chisco, who bet even part of the family patrimony, reported on social networks of the sale of his film to the important platform.
Excellently photographed by Cesar Plascencia and set to music by Uriel, the film has a great cast, almost all the movie cast comes from the Mexican state of Jalisco. in Central Mexico.
These are not good but excellent news for them and for the independent cinema of Jalisco.
