Chiapas anti-kidnapping unit rescues kidnap victim alive

Elements of the Anti-kidnapping Prosecutor’s Office and the Specialized Police detained three people in flagrante delicto, who were turned over to the Public Ministry.

TUXTLA GUTIÉRREZ.- As a result of research work in the field and with the support of technological and scientific tools, the State Attorney General’s Office, through the Anti-Kidnapping Prosecutor’s Office, rescued a male person alive, who was abducted and deprived of his freedom on January 5, in the municipality of Juárez, located north of the state.


The rescue operation was led by elements of the Anti-kidnapping Prosecutor’s Office and the Specialized Police, who secured three people in flagrante delicto, which were at the disposal of the Public Ministry, whose authority, once the constitutional term of 48 hours had elapsed, will place them at the disposal of the Control Judge, who will determine their legal situation.


In this way, the Attorney General’s Office, committed to peace, tranquility and the rule of law in favor of the population, reiterates that it will continue to strengthen its actions to prevent and combat illicit crimes, with the aim of obtaining better results, seeking professional justice, guarantor of the rights of Chiapas.
