Real estate professionals project Mazatlán as a destination to invest

For the President of Ampi at the national level, Roberto Barrios Gaxiola, Mazatlán has become a surprise in the real estate sector and is projected as one of the best destinations to invest.

He mentioned that despite the global crisis due to Covid-19, Sinaloa but mainly the port of Mazatlan maintained economic stability and has achieved a reactivation that many want, ensuring that the work in subdivisions and condominiums did not stop.

“We believe that the municipality and the state have just presented to us that Mazatlán has a real estate boom in times of crisis and the crisis has been worldwide caused by the health crisis, when it ends, far from the boom stopping, it is going to increase ”, he declared.

However, he pointed out that there is still more foreign investment as there is in Quintana Roo, with Cancun; Puerto Vallarta in Jalisco, and in the Tijuana-Ensenada corridor, where Americans and Canadians have set their sights to grow investment and housing, but above all, the number of retirees and retirees in the latter area increased.
