The process of feasibility of services has not concluded before Jumapam
MAZATLÁN.- In a joint operation with the Municipal Urban Planning and Development Directorate, Jumapam suspended the construction of a condominium tower on Peche Rice Avenue, as part of a special program to regularize real estate developments that have not completed the procedures before this paramunicipal and the City Council.
Through the Commercial Management and the Legal Affairs Directorate of Jumapam, the managers of the project called Punta Palmeira Habitat Residencial & Center Plaza were notified, which will consist of 220 apartments and 35 commercial premises, and is already in the stage of commercialization.
Jumapam calls on all developers who are executing work is to complete the procedures in their entirety and not leave them halfway, in order to offer their clients quality real estate products once they enter operations.
