Day of the Dead with healthy distance? Of course, we bring you alternatives to celebrate from home.

The Day of the Dead is one of the most colorful and emotional traditions in Mexico. Imagining the visit of those who are no longer there during November 1 and 2 means a lot to Mexicans. This year we collect options from a healthy distance. There are from online parades to courses to learn how to make pan de Muerto. Are you ready?

Altar of the Dead Contest

To preserve this Mexican tradition, the Government of the State of Sonora launched a call for the Altares de Muertos Sonora 2020 Contest. The invitation is open to students, artists, and groups. The contest will be held on November 2 on the esplanade of the Casa de la Cultura de Sonora, but there will be coverage on social networks to maintain social distancing.
