The Spanish company Singular Aircraft will invest nearly 300 million pesos in this project, which will be the key to the aerospace industry in Sinaloa.

The land on which the park will be built is located at kilometer 9 of the Mazatlán-Culiacán Highway, heading north, it will connect to this city through the construction of a bridge that crosses the highway and joins Mario Huerta Sánchez Avenue. , formerly the Habal-Cerritos highway.

In its first stage, 68 hectares will be developed and in the second stage, there will be 150, which will give a grand total of 218, in which 30 warehouses will be installed for companies with an industrial, commercial emphasis.

He indicated that in the first stage 10 million dollars will be invested for infrastructure, which consists of creating a photovoltaic park and to generate the electrical energy they require, purification plants and wastewater treatment, construction of avenues with hydraulic concrete, led public lighting and green areas.
