Before the announcement of these routes, Zuazua took the opportunity to remember the launch of its innovative Total Reimbursement Insurance, which was launched with the purpose of strengthening the tranquility and confidence of its clients after the situation experienced in the face of the unforeseen health emergency. “This product, available at a very affordable price, protects our passengers in the event that they have to cancel their flight against eventualities such as illnesses (including COVID-19), job changes, accidents, government travel bans, theft, adverse weather, among other; and guarantees a 100% cash refund of the expense incurred in acquiring the ticket, ”said the manager.

He stressed that Viva Aerobus, under the Viva Contigo campaign, reaffirms its commitment to an operation that will guarantee its clients the best hygiene, cleaning and prevention conditions, implementing and reinforcing the recommendations and sanitary measures issued by the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health and the Federal Civil Aviation Agency.

These protocols include additional and daily processes for disinfecting aircraft, mandatory use of masks and gloves for the crew, personnel focused on organizing lines to maintain a safe distance, among others.

“Mexico can trust and count on Viva Aerobus for essential trips. We are here to serve all those who require flying for essential reasons and provide them with a safe and pleasant flight, with the well-being and health of all our passengers and collaborators as a number one priority, ”said Juan Carlos Zuazua, CEO of Viva Aerobus.

The flights they will be implementing during this month have been designed in order to meet and adjust to the current passenger demand that has been significantly reduced during the pandemic.

The CEO asked his clients to be attentive to the flight itineraries, which could have modifications depending on the demand. He also reiterated the airline’s commitment to protecting its passengers according to current legislation in the event of any change in their travel. “Today and always, even in challenging contexts like the one we currently live in, Viva Aerobus serves and will serve Mexico,” said Zuazua.
