Sinaloa in fourth place for COVID-19 infections


101 deaths and 737 confirmed cases

As of April 25, the Ministry of Health confirmed on the last day 41 new patients infected with the virus and 9 deaths from Covid-19

Sinaloa is only below Quintana Roo

The state of Sinaloa ranks fourth in the incidence of COVID-19 cases, just below entities such as Mexico City, Tabasco, Quintana Roo that increased their number of confirmed cases of the disease, reported the director of Epidemiology, José Luis Alomía.

In the table presented this Saturday at the Health conference, it could be seen that the figures in states such as Tabasco and Quintana Roo increased exponentially and dropped the Sinaloa entity to fourth place in the country in cases of coronavirus.

As of April 25, the Ministry of Health confirmed on the last day 41 new patients infected with the SARS Cov-2 virus : 23 Culiacán, 2 Ahome, 9 Mazatlán, 3 Mocorito, 2 Salvador Alvarado, 1 Navolato, 1 Elota. 

Deaths from Covid -19 in Sinaloa

In the last 24hr, 9 deaths were registered: 7 Culiacán, 1 Navolato, 1 Badiraguato. So there are 101 patients who have died from Covid-19.

Of the total active patients, 49.5% are hospitalized and 17.6% are in serious condition.
