Mazatlán, Sinaloa. – Crises are opportunities and in the face of adversity in the world in the face of the coronavirus, the most important thing is to be calm, not to react with fear, said the Governor of Sinaloa, Quirino Ordaz Coppel, after announcing the 18th Edition Mexico Business Summit, to be held from November 8 to 10 in Mazatlán.

However, he clarified, the state like any other part of the country and the world is not oblivious to the current pandemic, so it is necessary to take hygienic precautions, which are important to face the disease.

It is important that each one of us, in companies, shops, make itinerant brigades and heed the information provided by official sources so as not to fall into psychosis.

The holding of the Business Summit in the port, he asserted, is a reflection of the fact that Sinaloa is not standing in the face of the health problem that exists, which far from stopping and throwing back the Sinaloans makes them lie forward.

In his message, the president of the Mexico Business Summit, Miguel Alemán Velasco, mentioned, the event he chairs is an opportunity for the municipality and the state to get ahead in the field of the economic market.

The activity that takes place in 3 days in Mazatlan, he asserted, is non-profit and has the purpose of offering a meeting of competitiveness, development, and innovation for business groups in the country.

He said, the Business Summit has been held in entities such as Nuevo León, Estado de México, Querétaro, Jalisco, Puebla, San Luis Potosí and Quintana Roo and now in Sinaloa next November.

The Municipal President, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, the Secretary of Tourism, Óscar Pérez Barros, the Secretary of Economy, Javier Lizárraga Mercado, among others, were also present at the presentation of the great event.
