The State government proposes to create a long-term development plan for the state of Sinaloa.
The purpose is to create a balance and make sure the state plans are not being changed every five or six years.
Culiacán, Sinaloa.– “A long-term planning draft initiative will be presented to the State Congress, to create a balance and make sure the state plans are not being changed every six years”, said economist César Valenzuela.
The state of Sinaloa Economy grew above the national average, (maybe because the country did not grow at all).
Valenzuela said that strategies will be carried out and that changes will continue in both municipal and state governments.
The key of the economic growth strategy is the fact that these are long-term plans for development, so results can be seen in the long run.
“The plan needs to involve the three powers in the state, Executive, Legislative and Judicial, along with municipal planning institutes, working in coordination to come up with a plan that doeesn’t have to be “reinvented” every three years or so”. the economist said
