Minimum temperatures of -10 to -5 degrees Celsius are estimated in the mountains of Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, and Durango; from -5 to 0 degrees Celsius and frost in the mountains of Coahuila, Nuevo León, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes, Jalisco, Guanajuato, Hidalgo, Puebla, Tlaxcala and the State of Mexico, and 0 to 5 degrees Celsius with frosts in the mountain ranges of Tamaulipas, Michoacán, Querétaro, Mexico City, Veracruz and Oaxaca.

Wind gusts of 90 kilometers per hour (km / h) and hoppers for regions of Chihuahua, Durango, Zacatecas and Coahuila; gusts of 80 km / h with hoppers in areas of Nuevo León and Tamaulipas; gusts of 60 km / h and possible hoppers in areas of Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, San Luis Potosí and Campeche, as well as waves of 2 to 3 meters on the western coast of the Baja California Peninsula and the Yucatan and Quintana Roo coastlines.
