New director of Operator and Administrator of Beaches said he already has the line of work to collect this tax

Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The current municipal government will promote a strategy for the recovery of the tax for the use of the Federal Maritime Terrestrial Zone, said the new director of the Paramunicipal Municipal Operator and Administrator of Beaches, Jorge Contreras Núñez, who said it will increase the collection of this tax through links.

“We want to increase the recovery that there is of resource, we have some contacts of the Federation that will support us with everything; we have all the work line already established, and at the time we have a work project that we are going to present,” he said.

He added that they will be in talks with all the businesses that participate in the use of beach and maritime areas, and stressed that he will continue with the line of Mayor Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres in ordering taxes.

“We are going to establish the links, the institutional linkage of all the people that have to do with this area, which are industries, restaurants, hotels, to establish the agreements and work as the Chemist Benitez does, putting order in everything, in this of Zofemat and beach areas, “he said.

Finally, he added that he will be giving continuity to pending work such as beach certifications, cleaning, and ordering with which they make use of them.
